Perfect Nutrition

Energy Patterns and Tissues
From an energy science view Nature is described in terms of the VPK(Vata Pitta Kapha) paradigm Everything can be seen as these energy patterns and they're composed of primary vibrational frequencies or qualities that contribute to their expression in the mindbody
As we have talked about in the past from an energy science view they represent who we are in the world and we're varying proportions of these energy patterns of Vata Pitta and Kapha
in balance there is no excess of these qualities as compared to when we were born; so for example the expression of the mobile or hot qualities in adult life would be the same as when we were children and near perfect balance and health In this way the VPK energy patterns function in such a way as to look literally like tissues due to their manifestation of qualites in all tissues in a balanced way
When we are out of balance or unbalanced, using our example above there's an excess of the qualities of mobile or hot In this way we would see more mobility of thought, movement, and the GI tract as in diarrhea; excessive hot in the GI tract suggesting acid indigestion or heartburn, headache, or inflammatory joint disease

Questionnaires for Mindbody Makeup
Everything is energy, just in different flavors
Based on the primordial vibrational frequencies that constitute the fundamental energies found in Nature, the energy science medical model describes everything in Nature in terms of the VPK(Vata Pitta Kapha) paradigm
Since we are part of Nature as biological mindbodies we too exhibit the VPK paradigm in varying proportions
The issue is what proportions do we exhibit? This proportion is best determined by feeling the energy vibrations in the pulse, typically the radial pulse; the feminine pulse best done on the left, male on the right
This is best done by a energy science practitioner but many don't have access to such an assessment so the next best thing is a mindbody questionnaire

Some brilliant researchers from Hopkins and U of Maryland have used energy science information to reveal that the lining of the lung airways are able to sense the bitter taste This link appeared in of all places, the Wall Street Journal!
From an energy science medical view all the linings of all the channels of the mindbody have the ability to sense all six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent

For me with a matter science background interested in the energy science applications, I'm very excited in seeing my research colleagues beginning to explore the mindbody in an energy science way It begins to show the guidance that the energy science model can give to the matter science probings of our mindbody
Bitter as we covered in the past is the alkaline taste in Nature and balances the inflammatory nature of an insult such as pneumonia So if we have acid indigestion we use something alkaline like baking soda(bicarb) to reduce the acid
Now the researchers are finding that in the inflammatory condition of the the bronchial airways that there is dilation of the airways rather than constriction and that it is due to the stimulation of the bitter taste receptors in the airways
As the article relates, "the airways "taste" dangerous illness-causing bacteria," leading to the ability to clear the infection and mucous resulting from the infection
Since the lungs have the Kapha energy pattern dominant in the lung fields, it would make sense energetically that since Kapha is balanced by the bitter taste a bitter taste would bring about balance and restore health to the infected lung airways
