Cooling the Hot Appetite

At times the appetite can be so strong that a person could eat cardboard because he/she is so hungry.

That may be an exaggeration for many but the point is this, a strong appetite is a problem and leads to overeating and all the other problems that come with it.

One of the secrets to the cooling the hot quality is to use a cooling group of spices called a churan.
