Too Much Work Makes Jack Imbalanced

Today I saw two men who loved what they did.

Hey, no problem there. Yet there was one. Both neglected obvious health issues because they were so entrenched in their work and fixated on making a living.

"I haven't the time to take care of this obvious problem," one patient told me. "I have to make a house payment."

The axiom goes like this: The mindbody is a temple; take care of it. If we don't, get ready for pain.

No matter what is external, the default in this lifetime health decision making is that the mindbody always, always comes first, no matter what. Because the mindbody always seeks balance. It's a law of Nature. Nutritional balance, right?

So which comes first? The house payment or health? Nutritionally good choices or kidney stones? You make the decision. And I am not saying that's an easy decision. But in the end, using this default process will never ever lead you astray.

To peace, health and longevity for all of us.     Love DrBill
