Mobility and Change

Yesterday we talked about change and that it is a stumbling block for many because of the fear that lines the decision to do something differently, eg nutrition

Let's look at change now from an energy view, from the view of biologic vibrational frequencies

Mobility and change are simultaneoulsly one The opposite is static or in general resistance to change When in balance we are more likely to embrace change unless there is fear(see below)

Fortunately all of us have the vibrational frequency of mobility and this helps us move off center to try new things out Our responses certainly vary for two reasons

1 Energy pattern variation and amount of mobility

So a Pitta/Vata(PV or VP) would have have alot of mobility because both these two energy patterns have mobility as a quality but Pitta/Kapha(PK or KP) would have less because of Kapha's static quality

Hence given everything equal Pitta/Vata likes change more so than Kapha/Pitta This explains the not infrequent observation that KP is slow to take on change

2 Reaction to change (FEAR) occurs due to imbalance(too much static quality) and/or stagnant energy

As we talked yesterday when up against it and imbalanced we will react to change by fight, flight, inertia, or combinations

And these reactions will look differently based on who we are If PV there will be impatience for not seeing the results fast enough For VP there will be abandonment of the change quickly because of randomness

PK will boil like water, upset all the time and bitching all the way or stubborn KP will yawn and become passive or stubborn

Understanding these patterns of lifestyle behavior help us witness ourselves in action when we are resisting change

We will not have a chance against our resistance to the everchanging unless we have an ability to be aware of our own reactions
