Nutritional Mythology

I was reading a blog yesterday about how maybe fatty acids are not so bad after all.

It reminded me of the to and fro of molecular or matter science nutrition involving our diet. Yep, this molecule is good this year, but what until next year.

Which brings me to the conclusion that no one really knows what they're talking about. It's all guess work. It doesn't render a lot of confidence in the system, if you know what I mean. Then of course there are all the Pittas  arguing amongst one another about which molecule deserves our undivided attention this year.

Follow the nutritional literature long enough and you'll be throwing your hands up and saying "I give!"

So the matter science nutritional investigation is trying to figure it out but in so doing is creating a lot of mythology. Myths are beliefs or sets of beliefs often unproven or false that accrue around a system. The reason that they captivate us is they potentially hold the secret of health. And we all want to be healthy.

That's what this blog is all about. To dispel the matter science nutritional mythology. To realize that the information is a work in progress and not the final truth is a huge step for health on our planet.

So what's the alternative? The energy science nutritional format is as we have talked about in the past simple and complete due to its origin. And because of the lack of guesswork can be a format by which all matter science investigation can be measured up against.

How can I be so confident? Thousands of years of experience with the system is one reason. But personally I have seen it work for hundreds of my patients over the years and be effective in my own personal laboratory(my own mindbody).              To health as a skill and down with myth  Love DrBill
