We are free to choose the foods but we don't have any say about the consequences of those nutritional choices

In some way we have at times created a disconnect between the dis-ease that we experience in our mindbody with our nutritional choices
The issue is there are foods with the hot quality that are delivering us to reaching for the antacids or H2 blocking agents to relieve the symptoms that foods produce in the first place
