Canaries and Nutrition
In the olden days of the mining industry miners would use a canary in the mine tunnels to signal to them whether noxious and possibly fatal gases were present If the canary wasn't with them any further it was time to don the gas mask and get out!
I would say that within any given population of health conscious consumers there are those who serve as a canary but that we can become canaries ourselves
Nutritional Sensitivity
I'm sure all of us at one time or another have found that certain foods just don't agree with us And due to that we avoid them
Yet there are some foods that we continue to use despite the fact that we know that they are very good for us Deep fried foods, carbonated drinks, chocolate, McDonald's to name a few
But what if I were to tell you that there could be a time when you simply would not have any desire to eat foods that are not healthy for you
I would submit that there are those around you who have achieved that level of refinement There are those of us who quite simply have an aversion to foods that physiologically make them tick, I mean sick
A Canary is Born
This nutritional sensitivity is beneficial for all of us And achievable for all of us believe the unbelievable or not!
It's possible to not be a slave to the mind and its pathologic choices but to let the body tell us what is good and what to avoid And this requires a form of commitment
What should we do to become a canary?
Follow energy science nutritional guidelines
Avoid food incompatablities
A consistent use of spices to improve digestive fire
A use of monodiet when possible
Canary or Miner: The Choice is Ours
Developing a bodily sensation to the avoidance of foods that are pathologic to us will guide the rest of us who are struggling That was the purpose of the canary wasn't it?
To help guide the miner who didn't know that he/she was sick but didn't know it
We all can be miners and think we are healthy because we are breathing, taking nourishment, and can walk around But the energy science doesn't define the state of health as such
