Raw vegetable nutrition is not the best even though the "raw fooders" are insistent otherwise
Cold drinks are NOT good The worst is iced milk
Ice is NOT nice Everything at room temperature
Defer on the ice in water at restaraunts in drinking water
Cold interferes with digestion by cooling off our enzyme systems that operate best at body temperature slow/dull our absorption and assimilation of poorly digested foods ingested
